JB Daniel was born on June 14, 1945, in Dermott, AR to the late Mittie Hubbard and
Alfred Daniel, He lived a life defined by hard work, kindness, humility, and unwavering
love for those around him.
JB was a farmer until his health started to decline. He confessed a hope in Christ at an
early age. He was known for his gentle spirit, steady presence, and willingness to help
anyone in need. Whether through his work ethic, wise advice, or quiet acts of kindness,
JB touched the lives of many and earned the respect of all who knew him.
Throughout his life, JB believed in providing for his family and leading by example. His
strength, dedication, and caring heart created a legacy that will continue through the
generations he loved so deeply.
JB was preceded in death by his mother and father; three brothers: Henry Daniel,
Earnest Daniel, and David Hubbard; three sisters: Lola Mac Robinson, Mary Boyd, and
Margaret Mosby.,
JB, age 80, passed away peacefully on May 22, 2026, at his home in Arkansas City,
AR. He leaves behind a family who will miss him dearly and cherish the many memories
shared with him throughout the years.
JB leaves to cherish his loving memory, a devoted and loving wife of 60 years, Rosie
Lee Daniel. Two daughters: Lisa (Ricky) Morgan of Arkansas City, AR; and Rosalyn
(Jermaine) Hall of Fayetteville, GA. Three sons: Vince Johnson of Fort Worth, TX; Greg
(Raynisha) Parker of Douglasville, GA; Daniel (Lexus) Green of Arkansas City, AR. Two
brothers: James (Clemmie) Robinson of Arkansas City, AR; and Bobby Hubbard of Pine
Bluff, AR. One sister: |Jean Price of Arkansas City, AR. Eleven grandchildren: Ricketta
(Skyler) Tolefree, Ricky (Sulamita) Morgan, Jr., Jermaine Hall, Jr., Jamia Hall, Kaaion Parker, Jalen Parker, Aiden Parket, Briana Parker, Alaina Parker, Sarah Green, and Daniel Green, Jr.
JB also leaves behind nine great-grandchildren, including Addyson and Ariah Tolefree, who were truly the apple of his eye and brought him endless joy. He was further blessed with a special nephew Gregory Hubbard, a bonus son, Christopher Mosby, and a bonus grandson, Josiah Steen, along with a host of nieces, nephews, loving relatives, and friends.
Funeral services for JB Daniel will held on Saturday, June 6, 2026 at 11:30 am at the C.B. King Adult Center, 1008 Sadie Lee Avenue, Arkansas City, AR 71630 Reverend Albert Jones, Officiating
