A Celebration Of Life: Sandra A. Horn

Sandra A. Horn was born April 24, 1950 to David and Rose Lee Bryant in Arkansas City, Arkansas. She departed her Earthly life Thursday, May 14, 2026 in Humboldt, TN. Sandra attended high school at J.B. Payne High School in Arkansas City, AR. She later relocated to Chicago, IL. Sandra married Brock Horn in 1973, and to this union, three children were born, Kevin, Carol, and Cassandra. She was employed at the Sears Tower, where she worked until moving back home in 1998.


Sandra attended college at UAM where she received bachelors and masters in education. She was employed at Dermott School District as a special education teacher from 2002 until she retired in 2016. Sandra was a member of the Francis Harper Charter #160 of The Eastern Stars. She served as a past matron and a trustee of the Grand Lodge Of Arkansas until her death.


Sandra was preceded in death by her parents, David and Rosie Lee Bryant, a granddaughter, Calista DeNay Allen: four brothers, David Bryant Jr, Lester Wilson, Cloyce Bryant, and Darryl Bryant.


Sandra leaves to cherish in her precious life memories to her son Kevin(Margarite) Horn of Humboldt, TN, daughters: Carol(Reginald)Bell of Chicago, IL, and Cassandra Horn of Allon, MO, brothers William(Carrie) of Pine Bluff , AR, and Artis(Joyce)Bryant of Arkansas City, AR, sisters: Pastor Shirley(Pastor Paul) of Tillar, AR, and Rita Robertson of Arkansas City, AR, 10 grandkids: Shundra, John, Kevin, Dwayne, Jeremy, Omesha, Demarcus, Canesha, Demetrius, and Carnell, 29 great-grands and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.


Sandra will be greatly missed, but always loved by all.



Services for Sandra Horn will be held on Saturday, May 30, 2026 at First Baptist Church, 900 Capital Street, Arkansas City, AR 71630. Family Hour/visitation will be held in the Willis Funeral Home Chapel from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm Friday, May 29, 2026.
